Dennece McKelvy MBA, PCC, ACTC
I am an executive team advisor and former general manager with more than 25 years of operational leadership experience.Before founding Intuitive Directions, a coaching and consulting firm, I led multi-functional organizations across product, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales, with full P&L responsibility. I understand the realities of pressure, accountability, and making decisions when the stakes are real.
Today, I partner with a cadre of professional coaches, trainers and industry thought leaders to meet the clients desired outcomes. We bring an operational perspective together with systems thinking, neuroscience-informed leadership development, and deep team coaching to help leadership teams strengthen how they work together.
I believe most leadership challenges are not technical — they are human and systemic. When leaders and teams can see what’s really happening and tell the truth about it, meaningful change becomes possible.
I am grounded, direct, and optimistic about change — not because it is easy, but because I have seen what becomes possible when teams are willing to look honestly at what’s in the way and take responsibility for how they lead.
