She has led people and enterprises through start-up, turnaround, transformation, and growth, with accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, and large-scale capital and organizational initiatives.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and one of the inaugural recipients of the ICF’s Team Coaching Certification, Dennece blends deep business acumen with a neuroscience-informed, systems-based coaching approach.
