Dennece McKelvy, Founder and Principal of Intuitive Directions LLC, has more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in leadership including General Management, Operations management and Program management.  Dennece has led people and organizations through start-up, turnaround and growth modes. As a professional certified coach (PCC), she brings a curious perspective to business with a direct communication style. She engages leaders in strategic conversations, prompting creative solutions in the VUCA environment businesses are facing today. 

Dennece is passionate when it comes to people thriving in their work environment. Recently, Dennece received an Advanced Certification In Team Coaching (ACTC) from the ICF.  Only 139 certified coaches worldwide have earned this distinction.
