Individual and Team Assessments
Assessments are used to reflect how the individual or team is "showing up". They objectively give the client a view of the dynamics at play. Whether its facilitating EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence survey's, personality profiles or team dynamics assessments, we use a variety of tools to meet sustainable outcomes.
